This is another excellent video. It was challenging too. I could feel my abdomen tighten up and flatten. It’s amazing how a 20min workout can be as effective as a 45min one if we just target the right muscle groups and do it properly. 🙏🏽

Another excellent class! I especially appreciated how you encourage us to explore the poses to suit our bodies own needs. I always struggled with this in traditional classes.
