M 17th may 22 ko RA positive hue hu!meri age 25 hai!🥲Mera RA 66.33 hai abhi.hope krti hu aapke is exercise se mujhe fayada ho!aur jaldi hi mera RA report negetive aaye. Aur jo bhi ye vid dekh rhe unko meri taraf se best of luck 🤞 aap sb bhi jaldi thik se ho jao! ❤️🤞🙌🙏

I loved your video. Very well explained. There was some cracking sound in my joint for few months. I tested RA factor & unfortunately its positive. Searched many videos for Arthritis yoga but your video is best. I hope these yoga will cure my problem. If you have any other suggestion regarding food/lifestyle please share. Can I go for running or will it harm my knees?
