Does not matter. Just do it how you feel konfortable.

Yes, it is best to keep the candle at eye level - once you are seated in a steady seated posture ( posture as for meditation). That way, you can keep your cervical spine to the cortex of the brain erect....Sthira Sukhan Asanam.... In this video - with all my respect for the Swami - the candles are placed too low

@@iangmarshall I believe that it was not possible to do it at the eye level just for lack of raisers...Swamiji is always saying to do it at the eye level when practising at home.

Remove glasses . Never focus on flame with the glasses ..
