In this short video I will explain where emotional releases come from with myofascial release in yoga or with myofascial release techniques. If you have ever found yourself crying in a yoga class or angry at the world after a seemingly peaceful yoga experience this short video will explain emotional release and myofascial release. In this video I explain how our experiences including our emotions get stored in our body and specifically in our fascial system. Then I will explain how the pulling and pressurizing of the myofascia using myofascial techniques or during yoga releases emotions.
