•For Group class :- 105$/month & 10$/class
Timings:-
•Morning Shift - Indian Time ( IST)
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM,
9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM,
•Evening Shift - Indian Time (IST)
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Hello sir.. would like to know after shavasan why you prefer left side to come up to sitting?

Because after move left side then our right nose will be start. Then our body is ready for move. If you move right side then left nose will be start so that time you can’t do difficult things. That time you just can do meditation and pranayama or easier things
