Bird, you are my favourite KZbin teacher because you give us space and silence and time to really experience the miracle of yoga. Other teachers talk nonstop and i find that unbearable. Thank you for everything. 👍🌈💜🌞🌟

Thank you so much. This comment means everything. Im so glad to hear you enjoy the silence. I find many think silence is uncomfortable, but I believe we must find comfort from discomfort. If we never flow through the uncomfortable stage we will never find comfort within time with self! I’m glad you enjoy the silence to connect with self, I believe we all should hear our own breath from time to time especially in the practice of yoga. Keep Shining, Janet. You are a force 💗🤗

Bird! You are my favourite yoga teacher! I found after a while of doing other's videos I would would lose my desire to want to do them or to do yoga in general. But for almost two months now I have been doing one of your videos everyday and I keep coming back everyday for another yoga journey with you! My body just craves the poses you teach and it has helped my hips and shoulders significantly! I feel so blessed to have found your channel. You also have more reasonable times for practice. I can do a 5, 10 or even 20 minute yoga video everyday and do longer ones on the weekend. I love how if I am in a rush I can do a 5 or 10 minute video of yours and feel refreshed rather than trying to always do a 30 min or 1 hour where I don't feel as good as when I do a short and sweet one of yours. Thank you so much!

I didn't think I was going to be able to tolerate the block under me. It took a minute but it wasn't bad. But the stretch on that! Ooooo it was so good.

Woooo! It is a doozy! When I’m feeling a lot of tension in my hips or even after grocery shopping/running errands, I’ll lay on the block and it’s so intense, I just kinda rock side to side for a few moments and my hips begin to settle in. I find just working a little movement it makes the block feel a little less intense. 💗 I’m so happy you joined this one!
