Thank you for all of your short and targeted sessions. I made a promise to myself to do yoga every day a couple of years ago. I like being able to think about what I need, especially days when time is tight. I can help an area where I feel strain and keep my promise.

Thank you. Your 10 min sessions are extremely helpful. I do find some poses with knees bent in (ie. Reclined pigeon ect.) Are very helpful for back and hips but create pain in the back of knees. Do you have any poses to help my knees.

Thanks for another great video! I have daily low back and hip pain. (And fibromyalgia.) I need to start with very little strength training for these areas. Which of your videos do you suggest? I am using your 10-15 minute videos almost daily. Thanks again!🫶

So glad to have you with us Emily! Great question - I know there are a lot of videos and it's hard to know where to start! You might enjoy trying a challenge to build a bit of momentum, for example there's a free 5-day challenge for hips that focuses on building strength and openness in that area, and it'll work on the lower back too.
