My mom has a back pain for 7 months and it is getting worse when the pain runs to her legs. I sent her your video and after 3 days, doing this twice per day, she told me the pain had been released and it really worked.

I'm 23...I never really thought I was out of shape or my body was aging beyond my years, but good GOD I'm more out of shape than I thought. This was harder and more painful than any workout I could do at the gym. I have such terrible tightness in my hamstrings and groin-pelvic muscles, I couldn't even go half as far as you did in the video. Looks like I'll need to keep this up for a while, lol.

I've been doing yoga on and off for few years, which sadly was a reason for a lower back injury. I have tried alot of different class and healing modalities, some of which have helped. But honestly, this was a beautiful session & I felt it everywhere where my body was asking for attention. I look forward to repeating this class and seeing the results overtime. Thank you

I’m 25 and hit the gym pretty consistently. However, my lower back has been spazzing out and is making it difficult for me to bend over or even lift weights. Coworker of mine suggested yoga, and you are my first start. So I’m hoping this yoga journey is life changing.

This was great!! ❤ I’m 44 with 2 kids and half a left kneecap but I am in better shape now than when I was 19/20. I love the strength and flexibility I have now. You just have to keep the juice in the joints moving or you will “rust” and become stiff. Synovial fluid is what you release that lubricates your joints when you do the slow , easy movements in yoga , Qigong, or in that Essentrics workout with Miranda Esmonde-White. If you do quick, jerking movements your body will tense up as a protective reaction. Working slowly , maintaining your mind muscle connection , and proper breathing will help you maintain your mobility and strength 😊 No medicine from a doctor compares to a sweat-tastic workout! You feel powerful and like you can conquer anything afterwards ❤ Never give up and always remember that you’re worth it!! ❤❤

This is very similar to the stretches my physical therapist gave me. Now that my visits are done for the year, this will be a nice guide to follow along to at home. Even though I pretty much know everything already, I prefer structure. Thanks! You have a very soothing presence.

This was the perfect 10 yoga session that I needed for my back pain! The season change has made my muscles ache so much more and with a 1 year old and so much to do around the holiday season, this was so helpful to be able to get some stretching in and relaxation. So thankful for this!
