Hi shaheeda.. Im having tail bone pain.. And while sitting it hurts bit ( doing yoga too).. Any asan to get rid of this pain..

I would suggest to check your body posture and keep your spine straight while sitting or doing anything. Shalabhasana, vakrasana ,Supta padangusthasana are the postures that one can practice under supervision of a teacher.

Thanks ma.. I'm practicing shalabasana.. But vakrasana I'm not able to sit properly. Thanks for the reply.. Will try
