Basically tamil rap start from Galaxy in late 90s... But hip hop culture with the elements started during yogi b time and chakra sonic.. The pioneers of tamil hip hop cult where both in same track poetic ammunation(yogi ex group) performed rap, beatbox and scratching while chakra sonic(viveck ji, jack and vj) is a backup dancers for thier shows(bboys). Than they separated produce an full tamil rap album called kalai oru por in 2001. This is the beginning for tamil hip hop, meanwhile yogi b only produce a single track named vallavan wt poetic ammo team. Than after some years where chakra sonic conquers the industry, yogi b make a come back with natchatra(Dr Burn a sound engineer and devotional singer previously and made a singles named Kutali collb wt Mista G, his 1st pure tamil rap. Than another member is called Emcee Jesz an underground rapper and also beatboxer joined hand together). Dad first of all thank you soooooo much, making these Reaction videos on our language. We all in general may be born in one culture. But we discover something new in our life and we follow. But at the end of the day, when we hear or see where we born and brought up. Nothing can be equal to that feeling! I literally i forgot about this song particularly. May be i heard this like 10 years back? I am not sure. Now because of you i am getting "that old feeling" and it feels good. yo don't know whether you know that this song is actually a remake of an extremely great 1980s song, called 'madai thiranthu' (obviously) but this song has much more than the original. the part which you referred to as the bridge, is the ACTUAL verse of the original song, the chorus is the same minus the "yo it's gonna blow". I actually think you should watch the original, so you can appreciate this remake much much more
