8:34 I don’t know but Penelope's voice is not the same here. Wasn't Janet Waldo voicing her? She wasn't in the voice credits. Or maybe she was only doing Judy Jetson because the show did come back as part of The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera

That's because Russi Taylor did her voice. My guess is Janet was busy with The Jetsons when they remade it.
