I have tried a few of your videos for the past few weeks and I’m a fan❤️. I try different ones so I don’t get bored. This one I love but I don’t do much down facing dog pose as it is putting much pressure to my eyes after I had cataract surgery last year. Some of the move also is hard on my wrists so I cheat on those a bit. Will do this one again but go easy on those moves. Will continue to explore all the videos. Thank you for these wonderful programs.

Hi Paula. We had avoided this session initially, thinking it might be too vigorous and "cardio" for our after dinner routine. But we decided to try it out tonight and we were pleasantly surprised! True it worked up a bit of a sweat, but it wasn't as vigorous as we feared. And it contains several poses that we've only seen in your "Chill Yoga" routine so far! (And that's our favourite video from you.)

Wow that was intense for me. Really slow mountain climber and sprinter lounge...I usually love the poses that come easier😂 but will try to improve these because I do have a bit fast pulse and heard cardio would help me😉
