I find that your pacing and the calmness of your narration helps allow for a far more effective session than when trying to follow many of the other yoga videos on KZbin. Thank you.

Awesome practice! I love how you alternate the most intense action with rest and breathing. It makes the sequence doable. I will certainly come back to this practice over and over again

Hey Paula, I loved this practice, perfect pace for me. I am an intermediate yogi and I am happy to see that you have so many intermediate classes. I really like your teaching style, too. I prefer vinyasa flow & power to the other styles of yoga, so I am looking forward to more fast paced, sweaty classes!

I have tried a few of your videos for the past few weeks and I’m a fan❤️. I try different ones so I don’t get bored. This one I love but I don’t do much down facing dog pose as it is putting much pressure to my eyes after I had cataract surgery last year. Some of the move also is hard on my wrists so I cheat on those a bit. Will do this one again but go easy on those moves. Will continue to explore all the videos. Thank you for these wonderful programs.

Hi Paula. We had avoided this session initially, thinking it might be too vigorous and "cardio" for our after dinner routine. But we decided to try it out tonight and we were pleasantly surprised! True it worked up a bit of a sweat, but it wasn't as vigorous as we feared. And it contains several poses that we've only seen in your "Chill Yoga" routine so far! (And that's our favourite video from you.)

It's been 3 weeks since rupturing my ankle ligament. Not allowed to walk nor exercise so far. I miss the moment I had with your beautiful video. It will take more time to recover completely, hope the time I can restart yoga comes soon. 🤗

Wow that was intense for me. Really slow mountain climber and sprinter lounge...I usually love the poses that come easier😂 but will try to improve these because I do have a bit fast pulse and heard cardio would help me😉
