I came across this because I was looking up the Great White Brotherhood and this is the third video I have listened to and I am totally in sync with what SatGurunath is sharing with the crowd... me included... I guess.. haha.. I never thought I would become a fan of a Guru but it just happened... I am very found of this guy and I intent to get through all his recordings... I love this SatGurunath. His teachings are so filled with kindness, compassion and yet solid common sense! But will someone please tell me, what exactly is Kryia Yoga, and how is it practiced? Is it meditating and following the breath the way Thay teaches us to meditate or is it different?

I am not sure I am skillful enough to do this and I am not close to a Master. I have no Guru even though I would wish for one. There are two Gurus who speak to my inner truth. One is Satguru and the other is Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev. Until I can get to one, I listen to the discourses. I am so much in my heart, perhaps Kryia would be impossible for me. I do not know. Thank you for your wonderful response. I deeply appreciate it. Namaskaram.

Grainnie3 If you feel connected to Yogiraj, there will be many opportunities to see him in-person at his retreats and satsangs, or you can learn the Kundalini Kriya Yog techniques from a local teacher. Rest assured, you do not need skills to do Kriya Yoga. :)

Unfortunately none of the yoga's that he mentions (Omkar, Kriya, Mahamudra etc) are teachable through a video. You would have to attend a session where he initiates these practices directly (siddhanath.org/events/).

Thank you for this wonderful video. As Yogiraj discussed the "rim of steel" in this video, he said it is necessary to do multiple kriyas in order. I have only received his omkar, shiva-shakti, mahamudra, and paravasta training from my visits with him. In this video, he discussed that it is necessary to also practice the (naubo? spelling?) kriya and the jyoti mudra. These 2 techniques were not given on my last 2 events with him. May I add these 2 techniques to my current kriya set? Thank you for your help and time. : )
