Ah.It looks like you brought me back into these conversations. I could buy a Mac. I am just saying that you could build a better PC for less money, and it would definitely overpower a Mac. Did you ever notice that the Yogscast or other famous gamers never use Macs? They understand the power of a well built PC. Do you want to know another thing? PCs can get viruses if you do something stupid and click random ads. The last comment you wrote seemed like you thought I was from England. I am American

I'm glad there are people who think before they type. When I said that, I thought of the people as Germanic tribes, so I went with saying it is German. Besides, Anglo to German is pretty much Old English to Modern in a sense.

My meaning is in correspondance with this analogy. Native Americans : The Western Hemisphere Continents Aboriginees : Australia As in, the cultural and racial group that had existed in England up to that point, the people the Anglii came upon when they set foot in England. I unfortunately don't know the term for pre-English inhabitants of England, lol, that's why I have to use that term.

@Executexxmd12 жыл бұрын
Not to mention, there were British colonies all over the world. So, if anyone deserves credit for the international language, I would say it's the English.
@stevensonbak12 жыл бұрын
Actually, England more likely comes from a tribe's name, the Anglii, who migrated from Germany and shared their language with the native Englishmen, who started combining their native tongue with the Anglii's language in order to communicate better amongst themselves and their new German neighbors. It's really still speculation which German language inspired English, but English was without a doubt FORMED in England from both German and their prior language.

It's generally accepted as a word, even if it's grammatically incorrect. I believe it's because, spoken aloud, "stupidest" just sounds better than "most stupid." However, "more stupid" sounds much better spoken aloud than "stupider."

Majority of all 'American' scientists were Germans, Austrians and other European races or their parents were. Your accomplishment of landing on the moon was preceded by a longer and more impressive history of Russian technological advancements into space. While more than 50% of the scientists working on the space projects were foreigners. As for cars, computers, motorcycles, toilet paper, video games and lazers, majority are now produced, improved and researched in other countries.
