To be fair, everyone kept cutting everyone else while they tried to talk, worse than usual, so he probably just didn't bother trying to talk over everyone talking over him to explain.

Recording everyone separately and only putting the relevant audio in the video would explain why some easy kill calls are missed "so and so killed someone!" and no one listens because everyone's already talking over each other, but we don't hear all the chaotic chatter cause they edited some of the ramblings out of the finished video.

@@stone5against1 Well.... I can at least confirm that they do record the audio separately using Craig or their own similar bot. I know this because in some videos you can see Osie's overlay, which has a bot named YOGSSTUDIOS or something. "The mic was active" on the bot, if you will, meaning it's recording. Which is obviously how they edit the videos. Now, whether or not this was a contributing factor in Lewis not getting an answer I'm still not entirely sure of. Lewis (at least as far as we can hear) said it quite loud when he asked. I dunno. It could all just be me looking too deep into an editing choice. Go figure, video editor overanalyzes other editor's work.

Just as a kind of heads up, most of the time when this happens around your friends, it's not worth taking it personally. You missed the chance to quip because they were talking over you, and that sucks, but so long as they're not being jerks it's better to just let it slide. Lewis actually backtracking to allow Zoey to speak is awesome of him, but this won't always happen. You can't genuinely control how people will behave around you, just how you choose to respond to it. Lil PSA for all you folks out there with social anxiety. You're doing fine

A simple "can I say something" would normally suffice, as long as it isn't said in a passive-aggressive tone.
