I love how we had 2 separate running threads in that last round; the bumbling detectives trying to solve a serial murderer case, and the mud scientist just doing science, however it feels like the writers just couldn't bring those 2 plots together in a consistent way, but the twist ending of the most suspicious person *actually* being the killer was inspired.

I feel like the fact that Duncan was supposed to be the second traitor but turned away from a life of crime, therefore escaping the eyes of the detectives who definitely would have caught him if he had been a traitor. In all seriousness tho, the fact that there was only one traitor because Duncan became the mud scientist made the entire terrible detective duo even funnier because they only had to get one traitor

It's always the one you suspect the least. Zoey was nowhere near the crime so, must be bad. Ben is a good boy and near the crime, and thus, not suspicious by virtue of being the most suspicious. So Zoey must be bad and Ben must be innocent. But wait! If Ben is a good boy, and thus not suspicious, then he is now the one we suspect the least - so it must be him and not Zoey. However, now we suspect Ben the most and Zoey the least - as she was nowhere near the crime. So, as she is the one we suspect the least, Zoey must be bad. Therefore, we can only assume, Ben is schrodingers shark and both a good boy and a bad boy at the same time until the round is over. Zoey, on the other hand, is just Zoey.
