Shadowman Deathstroke I think when they said B.B. guns they might have been confusing them with airsoft guns. B.B. Guns don't have orange tips because they can be dangerous and should be taken fairly seriously compared to airsoft.

That varies quite a bit by state. Most states however require you to have a carry license, which can be expensive and hard to get.

In the UK if you wish to own an airsoft/BB gun that is an exact replica without the two tone colours of black and blue you require a UKARA license. And it is still legal to repaint a two tone weapon and to respray the orange muzzle and change the barrel etc etc. But a supplier can't sell you a replica without that license, if you can prove that even tho your weapon has been resprayed that it was originally two tone (if you don't have the license of course) then there is literally nothing wrong

actually you can own an airsoft gun as long as it's two colours that aren't standard (a bright red M4) however you need a license given after a certain time played at an airsoft field and continued playing in which you can get an airsoft gun which is black, that or having a gun license, you don't need the orange cap.

nah I think you have to get some kind of permissions to paint a gun vibrant colors, as to avoid criminals passing them off as toys. Its not very effective :P if its not the type of camo where you would be using the gun (like green and brown mesh camo in a temperate area) you have to have a card or something. i'm not 100% sure :P

I remember seeing Deep Blue Sea in the theater and right at the big inspirational speech by Samuel Jackson, I thought oh this a perfect time to go pee and when I came back my friend had this shit eating grin on his face, so I checked my seat and shit looking for a prank or something and sat down. It is possible but improbable, on average ~7.5 people die from shark attacks (though the average in recent years is closer to 5 or 6). There was a very badly carried out study on coconut deaths in the 80s, where 2 people had fatal injuries over a 4 year period in Papua New Guinea alone, the study assumed that if all coconut growing areas had the same rate of coconut-related deaths, that figure would rise to 150 (sometimes quoted as 150 per year). Besides that though, there's definitely people who are allergic to coconut (myself included) that could be added to "coconuts kill more people than sharks", especially as more and more food starts to unnecessarily contain coconut ... including most ice cream flavours, an increasing number of biscuits or even pastry for savoury pastry items like a Cornish Pasty in one case a few years ago. TL;DR - Probably not true, but maybe it's possible.

For the record, the rule is that Airsoft guns in the US need to be sold with the red tip attached. However, it's not legally required that we keep the red tips on. In fact, in higher level airsoft, they rarely do. EDIT: Further, I remember reading somewhere that a Ferrari 458 could launch a baby pretty far. I don't remember the context of this, and this is probably a Sjinfact, but it seems legit. In my humble and very (un)professional opinion, a forced induction car with 500HP+ could probably launch a rutabaga hard enough to kill someone.
