The horror story clip was a retelling of a story from the book "Scared Silly! Stories to Make You Gasp and Giggle" which was a silly horror themed comedy short story collection that I read all the time as a child and was shocked to hear anything adjacent coming from anyone but my family members.

There's a few ways to go about it, but just look up how to make PNGtubers (which is what those are actually called) and you should get several guides. Pick the one that works the best for you.
