Honestly brood one of my favorite heroes. Joe says she's bad (because she is) but she has a nasty powerspike at 6, can take T2's before she even hits 8 if you snowball out of control. She can farm so efficiently you can then build Bkb and start switching to carry instead of spiders. Her one problem is she's just a jack of all trades and a master of none. Probably the only reason she isn't picked often, I mean she can bully people out of lane pretty easily once she gets the ball going.

2:35:15 Daf charges headlong, up hill, into 3 enemies and the Monkey ult. Daf then rages at his team for being terrible for not backing him up and "just running around in the back". Daf then goes on to tell us that he's much better than these players and shouldn't be here. 2:38:07 - Weaver goes in on 3 enemies who've already burned their abilities, kills one, and holds his own in a full fight against the other 2. Meanwhile Daf is "just running around in the back" doing absolutely nothing under the tower for 10 full seconds before coming in. I think Daf is exactly where he belongs.

I’m not a DOTA player, but if Daf is kicking ass his first time as Broodmother, then don’t trash the character and help him learn its strategies. Joe doesn’t have to like the character that Daf’s good at.

Looking at brood on dotabuff is interesting cause she has a shit win rate. But if you look at the lane break down She's played more in the offline but wins less than halve the time. But when played mid 54% win rate. Her win rate seems to be brought down by the people playing her off

Because you pick brood mid when it's a good matchup for her, and brood offlane when you actually want to play her. She's honestly bad sadly..
