Funny, when i was sent to a psychiatric hospital about 3 years ago, it felt relatively the same. Didn't help at all, but the sandwiches and cup ramen was good at least, not the hospital food, i just hate how i made friends there and i never saw them again. Lovely as usual Yohio~. This is how I took the song, okay so the doctor either represents social media or the topic of wanting and seeking social acceptance. You represent an innocent person whose dealing with these changes and you just want break free from the rhythm of a all so perfect social life. "I'll never sleep again..." really made me consider social media because I myself would wake up all through the night just to see if something I posted received any recognition.
