I watched Arjuna because Yoko Kanno was involved in the making of its OST, and I stayed for the plot.

It's a damn underrated series. It has spectacular music and visuals, and great characters. Plus the incredible songs sung by Maaya Sakamoto. Yet it is somewhat understandable why it's not for everyone: the environmental themes may be too much for some, and some will also strongly disagree with the pro-life episode. As for me, I really enjoyed this series.
