I'm working on setting up the Yolobox Ultra for a church and I was wondering if I can take the program out from the ultra's USB-C port and use a standard USB-C to HDMI adapter or if I need to use the UVC to HDMI converter like the OBSBOT use?

The Ultra has a HDMI out for program.

I assume you have a good line with them so can you please beg them to add mix minus to the Instream? It’s a crucial feature for social which is the entire reason for the Instream. I also have a huge problem even using the mix minus on the Ultra. Any notes on improving reliability here I might be missing?

Not free anymore. At least not streaming. You now have to pay monthly if you want to stream, even to a single platform.
