finalfantasylord1 exactly. There is a trick though. It involves having the person in your party,sleep overnight and then if they leave it means they are going to be in an event.

yeah that was my problem with this game... i just gave up and looked at all the events online.

I actually just had 3 events I'd never done before despite having done at least 3 different plays of the game.

I’m replying 7 years later but after playing RF5, I have to say I prefer the random events. The element of surprise when you come across an event was thrilling. RF5 took that away and made it impossible to play the game for longer than one in-game year.

Arthur is great, really. He's sweet, his favorite gifts are fairly easy to get, his voice actor does a wonderful job- but I just cannot get over his HAND. I mean seriously! It looks like a white tree branch going to reach up and choke me in my sleep. I know I'm being picky but I just can't follow through with wooing and marrying a guy whose hand looks like a monster tree man.

It only looks like that because Arthur's pinky and thumb are holding the book open. The bookmark hides a portion of his thumb. And his hand is angled, so you don't see much of his palm. If that helps you feel comfier about his "tree hand" lmao

CatsGamePlayer Uh. This is such a late reply. I'm assuming you already got married, but, just in case.. You can't give him an engagement ring. The guys need to propose to the girls. The events are completely random.

You can start a Harem in this game... Literally. You can date multiple girls/guys at once. = It seems that "jealousy scenes" do occur when you do this, though.
