Hey everybody, In this video we decided to try the first class Sleeper Train here in India. We took the route from Mumbai to Jaipur and I am here showing you what it looks like and whether it is worth it.

@@nixenvines007 It's painful to watch that she has zero knowledge, and instead of trying to get proper information, she is just complaining. 4:20 cabin means 4 people, coupe means 2 people, so she was told she will get a cabin, what's wrong with that? 4:30 she is complaining about upper berth. Coach, berth everything clearly mentioned on ticket in English, so why she didn't check when she booked the ticket or she doesn't know to read. 7:05 did she expect a bedroom size toilet in a train? There r many such things in the video which is really painful to see. I think she is in India with a mission to defame India.

Lol just talk to the fellow travelers if you get a 4 berth cabin and exchange the upper berths for lower berths. Most people are happy to oblige. Also use nicer trains., I have travelled on this traIn, it's not that good. Some trains like Rajdhani are nicer, more expensive, much faster , dont stop as much and have a significantly superior service.

Everything is written clearly on the ticket in English. It will say ub on the ticket . So if you had a problem with that you should have complained when checking the ticket after booking. Don't whine without reading the ticket.

don't have railway food or food in the railway station . carry food with you . if you asked ticket collector to give you lower seats he would have given you . there western toilets in all the classes on trains , indian toilet on one side and western on opposite .

8:45 Facility you have in first class & don't have in second class 1. Bathroom 2. Fresh cooked food ( in the train which have pantry car , pantry car usually available in very long distance train ) . 3. If lucky a couple have a 2 bed cabin 4. Can lock door from inside 5. Attandance button provide only in first class 6. Pet can be carry in first class

Availability of tickets to other class on the same train is difficult to find so that may be one reason to get on 1st class, it's worth to travel on first class if you have booked all the seats.

@Void Null AC 1 tier are not automated bookings. The TT manually allots seats to passengers few hours before chart preparation so that people travelling together are booked in the same cabin. For sure it was a mistake of TT to not book allot them a dual berth cabin instead of a 4-berth cabin

Many trains in indian does include food in journey tickets. If you travel more you'll literally love indian railways than any other trains in the world. You can't just say that First AC is not worthy. Next time do some research.

What she showed as 2nd Class is not 2nd class. It is 3 tier AC. 2 nd class does not have bunk beds. And mostly no reservations. When you are travelling on most indian long journey trains you having following different coaches 1 tier AC - most expensive one. Prices comparable to air travel. Upside - lesser number of people in a cabin two to four people. No side aisle. More spacious. Doors.. complimentary food. 2 tier AC - 2*2 booths with 2 person side aisle. 3 tier AC - 3 * 2 booths with 2 person side aisle. Basically a sleeper class with AC. As a foreigner I suggest this to be best option. Not as cheap as sleeper but has AC. Buy your own food. Sleeper class - non ac, 3*2 booths and two person side aisle. How most middle class indians travel between long distances. Second class - cheapest. No bunk beds. Less safe. Mostly No reservations. Sometimes reservations possible on inter city trains. Hold on to your seats. Can get crowded. Like bodies stuck together ..kinda crowded. Foreigners I met in second class...didn't even bother to buy tickets... doesn't mean it's free Chair Car.. - cushioned seats. Mostly on inter city trains distance between 100 to 300 kms. Reservations possible. Foreigners please get acquainted with ticket booking in India. Money paid or debited to your account does not necessarily mean you have reservation. If your tickets shows CL/WL it means your seat is not confirmed and if at the departure if you are still Wait listed.. you can claim refund. You cannot travel if you have WL status. If your booking status is RAC, it means you will have to share your seat with one more person...meaning sit during the entire journey but cant sleep. It's confusing...but please travel with proper tickets and take help from locals ... Hope you enjoy your travels in India...
