I'm crying so much right now. I'm really sorry, you can just ignore this. But I've been feeling so sad and dissapointed with myself lately, I've pushed the people close to me completely away and just sit in my bed for the entire day. I just stopped cutting myself one day ago but It's so difficult. I truly wish I had someone who could see that things are not going well with me, but I don't. I'm really sorry for this rant. I'm so thankfull that you made these videos, giving comfort and not just romantacizing mental illnesses. Thank you so much

@@taky1329 Thank you so much, you are so nice. I keep trying to use BTS to believe in myself and start loving myself but then sometimes I think that even they would just pitty me and think I'll never achieve something. It's a strugle that keeps going but I'll try my best to start breaking that cycle. Today I'll have online classes (I'm in my first year of college, so It's all very new now and I don't think I can do it) so I'll really try and follow actively. I keep having super realistic and stressfull dreams in the night, realistic to the point where I don't know if somethings really happend or if they were in my dreams. It's really scary, but even though it does scare me and It's really difficult, I try to sometimes ask people about for example something about an assignment was really said or not. Thank you for letting me vent here, you seem like an amazing person. Also sorry if I made any mistakes, English is not my first language...

@@noahdeens3401 @Noah Deens I truly believe there is no way that BTS would think lowly of you, many of them have gone through rough times themselves and they're spokespeople for mental health, especially Yoongi. The fact that he has struggled and in many cases also overcome difficulties with his own mental health and depression serves as a great inspiration to these videos and I relate to him a lot, and I think he'd tell you he's proud of you for going to college and getting up every day even though you're currently going through this very difficult period of your life ♡ achievements don't define us, accomplishments are good to strive for, but even if you fail at something, it doesn't change your worth as a person. You have your own unique personality and traits that make you valuable and worthy of respect, understanding and love and how well or not well you do in life, whether or not you have depression or are happy, whether or not you succeed at college or not, none of the above will change that fact and I hope you remember that ♡ I relate a lot to what you describe about your vivid dreams. I think that low moods can maybe have an impact on it and make our heads confused and thrown off balance. But that sounds very frustrating and like something that negatively affects your studies. I used to experience something similar, I dreamt conversations that felt so real and in the morning I didn't know if they happened or not. It's very confusing. College can be scary and constant stream of assignments and new information is hard to take in and deal with when you're in a bad mindset and mentally compromised, but well done for firstly getting accepted, and secondly trying your best to manage it, and that's all you have to do . Your mental health and wellbeing always come first though so remember to prioritize self care and avoid stress if you can. And don't worry, your English is great ^^ I'm not a native speaker either 🥰

I'm so touched because of what you said and I know it's all true but still something in my mind just doesn't want to accept it and just keeps saying It's not true, how I'm unworthy of any love or respect. I hope one day I can just shut those thoughts down because I know they're lies. Thank you for being so kind, I will work hard everyday to be able to start loving myself.

Many people don't understand what it is to live with mental illness like depression, anxiety and panic disorders ect It makes you feel worthless and the pain is not something I can even explain. I'm laying on my bed watching this in tears looking at my life on a screen knowing every difficulty and the stigma that goes with it more so when you're on medication waking up everyday is a small victory. As someone who suffers from depression anxiety and panic disorder I thank you so much for even thinking about someone like me and taking the time to do this I wish you much success and blessings for all you're doing it may not seem like much to some but for people like me it means the world I hope people watching this understand how hard many of our lives are and can be more considerate I wouldn't wish this on anyone so please if you feel like this know you're not alone. I'm glad that she accepted that he truly did want her. While I've been depressed like that, I just couldn't accept that my now ex meant what he said. It didn't help that it was really just lip service for him. He wanted me to be better so that he could walk away from me at a good point. His cheating just made it complicated for me. Feeling like a burden is hard enough, but being constantly reminded that while you lack the energy to function, your bills aren't getting paid really doesn't help. I know that I should be working to pay my bills but I physically haven't had the energy to work. And have no support to even start recovering as the lack of energy continues. I'll be starting a new job soon that I'm not confident that I can function doing but I have no choice now. At a point where being placed in a shelter has been mentioned because of the lack of understanding with dealing with this and the lack of financial help. I'm slightly better than before where I couldn't leave my bed save for potty breaks but normal activity still drains the life out of me for days. I thought at first it was just the chronic pain from my car accident but it's not that alone I've come to understand recently. Damned if I do try to force myself to function and damned if I don't and try to let myself take the time to heal. There's no real winning for me. And nothing I can do about it.

I know I'm super late to this, but this series reminds me of when I had severe anxiety and depression. I was hospitalized multiple times, I would shut out the whole entire world. I hated my life so much I even contemplated suicide. I used to have friends but not anymore. I stilled have depression but its not as bad as before. I still think that I'm overweight, ugly and disgusting. Most of the time I have anxiety attacks when I go out in public. I feel confined in a box when I go outside. I always feel like someone is watching me and judging how I look. Whenever I go out in public I wear a jacket and suck in my stomach. Its really painful sometimes but I just get so scared of what people will think of me. When I was watching this I kept having flashbacks of my own depression, it really made me notice what I had accomplished. I can go on a balcony without having the urge to jump off and end my life. I can go out in public and be comfortable in my own body. I can talk to people as if I knew for a long time. Even though I still go through very little depression, it can be hard sometimes, sometimes I wish there was one person I could tell EVERYTHING to... The purple and black that keeps coming on the screen reminds me of how my room and clothes used to be. Everything I had used to be dark, deadly and gothic. I guess you could say I WAS a goth. I'm not proud of it but it was a stage on my life that i will never regret. I'm not regretting anything on life. My severe depression stage was just a chapter of my life, it's still in progress but when it ends; I can move on to the next chapter of my life. I often feel as if my family hates me. My aunt has forbidden me to ever enter her home. My father left me. And I feel like my mom doesn't even know of my existence. I see these people not very often because everytime they try to reach out to me, i shut them out. I'm sorry for writing all of my personal problems in the comment section. I'm sorry please forgive me, but I needed to vent.

These things you describe sound so harrowing and painful and no one should have to go through all this alone. Everyone deserves someone they can fully confide in and I'm sorry you don't have one like that in your life but know that there's many who relate and want to listen. I'm glad you've been able to recognize your progress because life is quite difficult to live as it is. Now imagine to be able to keep going even when your own mind is fighting against you and wanting to tear you down. It's an accomplishment like no other and I wish your family knew it and how strong you really are for still being here and tackling life while still dealing with this. I don't know if your family truly hates you, but if they do, it's not your fault. I hope the next chapter of your life will be filled with positive change 💜 and please vent in my comments whenever you want. I care about your story

@@taky1329 gurly dont worry about dont worry about like you said it's a chapter of your there are many good to come and many bad we all have things we want to tell and it's bad to bottle up but I'm in no position to bec when I feel down I don't tell anyone,but you will get thru this I honestly dont want to get up in the morning for school I feel empty I don't feel any feelings I'm not sure why I just dont but should never cut yourself/hurt yourself if you feel like hurting yourself grab a piece of paper and cut it up you could also try to write what you feel or a piece of paper and burn it up or write it on a glass plate and throw it and smash it to pieces I heard that helps some ppl to relax a little if someone trys talking to you let them in little by little if you feel like there going to hurt you should try to meet ppl going thru this to help you (sorry for lasteing your time reading this😅😅😅💕)

Hey, I want to ask if you can do another type of mental health that I suffer from and I just want to know that is ok and if others have it that it's ok as well... anyways the mental health I have is where you don't believe your own emotions like love, happiness, anger, and denial. with me, I feel ok well I know that I'm happy but there are times I feel like I'm not actually happy bc I have never been able to feel love to a significant other, I always end up the one who breaks up with them bc why stay in a relationship when you don't feel love and trying is just gonna lead them on. so at this point, I suffer from depression not truly loving someone and actually feel my all cringy 'helpless romantic' 'ff' love 'being love sick' if that makes sense for example if ff became my life and Yoongi or Jimin are my partner (and I love them) but I would always tell myself that I'm independent or if they are not there to babies me to make me feel lovesick I would tell myself I will be fine if they brake up with me bc I'm strong and don't need someone but deep down you truly do bc I feel broken bc I can't feel these emotions and be lovesick and happy in that aspect... I hope that makes sense sorry for the long comment

Hey 🤗 ah I kind of relate to this. I have difficulty with getting close to people too and engage in a relationship with someone fully, as a guarded and kind of insecure and introverted person. Probably not exactly the same as everyone's experiences are different but I think I kind of understand.
