I thought consonants did not have accents. Opelinke had an accent on the n

kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3uveYCQoLiZbZY would answer that. Skip to 15:00. I have an example there as well. When "n" is the only letter in a syllable, it becomes a vowel and consonant at the same time, and it's up to you to decide whether or not you want to put the applicable tone mark on it.
