Funny thing is, it's not _implausible_ ; I've been hit by a car before, and it did more damage to my (thin, not even slightly protective) t-shirt than to me, and didn't even break my glasses (it knocked them off & sent them flying, but didn't break them; I don't believe it even scratched them, somehow). If she relaxed her muscles and wasn't tensed up, it would lessen the impact significantly. ...Getting up and running off *instantly* , then catching a girl she chucked at herself, though?
