In today's video we talk about Yordan Alvarez, the guy who hits nukes and makes his opponents cry, and you already know we're gonna be talking about one particularly awful trade.
also Merry Christmas!

If Yordan Alvarez ever plays in Coors, the international space station will be knocked out of orbit

The fact you’re not even 21 and can make masterpieces like this is almost as insane as Yordan is. Your content is so nice to watch.

The fact that they got him from the Dodgers for JOSH FIELDS and then he proceeded to rake, blows my mind. He even has pretty good plate discipline. And he comes up in clutch moments. What a joy to watch. It's just a shame that MLB is beyond awful at marketing their best players.

Even though it was only the 6th inning, when Yordan hit that ball over the batter's eye, the WS was over. Even the Phillies fans felt it. That moment brought happy tears to my face, it was so beautiful.

Remember fellow Astros fans to thank the dodgers for gifting us Yordan for a bag of chips

That HBP Yordan took in the no-hitter was my wife's favorite moment of the World Series. For context, my wife is not a sports person and I make her watch the WS with me. That HBP did 2 major things, 1. It was funny to get since he got hit in the butt on the first relief pitch. 2. It was technically the game winning RBI.

I'm a Blue Jays fan and the Mariners were my second team, until the whole thing I will vaguely gesture at lol. Yordan's immediate walkoff in game 1 cheered me up so much I just rooted for the Astros the rest of the postseason

Lifetime Stros fan here, absolutely loved reliving it all and watching His Air-ness emerge for a second time, but might actually be more impressed with you editing, storytelling, flow, data, relevant footage, audio, and overall production. All of this was EXTREMELY well done. New subscriber!

I saw Yordan at a game against the Angels in September. Yordan hit a homer all the way to the back wall. He ran over to second, thinking he hit a double, and frankly, I did too, even as the train started blaring. Then he continued to round the bases in what I later learned was his first home run since coming off the IL.

Not sure if this was intentional or not, but the fact that this video is 44 minutes long is magically poetic.

Also, I was at ALDS game 1. The feeling in the crowd when he stepped up against Ray was unbelievable.

I will forever love the Yadier-Yordan story. The Dodgers thought the Astros wanted Yadier for Fields which they immediately decline only for the Astros to correct them in asking for Yordan. In the end, I'm so happy we got Yordan.

As a Diamondbacks fan that lives in Houston, I apologize for not warning Mariners fans about bringing out a tired Robbie Ray throwing cookies. And showing that 2017 NLDS against LA made me almost throw my phone.

alot of the reason for this years success in the playoffs, his family was brought over to watch him play for the first time in person. believe it was mid september when they started attending. literally almost hit them with one of the homeruns.

Everyone talking about Aaron Judge out here but then the Cuban Missile Launcher pulls up. Thats what I'm calling Yordan now. Another amazing video showing that the Astros own everyone, except the braves they still whacked us.

i was hoping you'd show the bomb he hit on September 9th 2019. His rookie year was the reason i became a big fan of his. I remember telling my friends & family thats
