Honestly the Tsunami shreds especially on Amara where you can essentially shot 3 Elements at once (Corrosive and Shock from the gun. Fire from your Augment)

Ya Elemental Build Amara kinda wrecks with any decent Maliwan gun, but she really likes Tsunami because it applies 3 different effects which stacks her rush like mad and her DoT enhancers work SO well with it

Majorly sleeping on the tsunami, especially as a Mayhem 3 1000 degree knife through enemies. Doesn’t matter how many elements are nerfed through the mode, the tsunami does decent damage and being able to fire all the elements makes it a bonafide shredder

Troys gun i would have to say is maybe a 80% drop rate i farmed him 3 times in total got 2 out of the 3 times i killed him so his drop rate is high, but not 100%. He is a pain to fight tho.

Katagawa Jr can be easily done if you just shoot one of the electrical boxes he always stands on before sending out his clones. The explosion instantly takes away the shield and DoT prevents him from recharging. Also during the final phase where he constantly dashes at you, just be ready with a shotgun, sidestep to dodge his attacks and pump his face full of lead

9:44 the drone that spawns when your shield breaks despawns on a timer instead of when your shield regens, so if your shield regens a little and breaks again you get another drone (the most i have gotten to spawn at once is 6) so that is an interesting effect on it.

6:00 i don't know what it is but for me katagawa nearly always goes down in 2 clonephases. Tryed mutible weapons. Always get 40-50% on the first phase and the rest on the second. He just takes no damage outside of this phase so just wait till he clones give him a headshot with the Unforgiven. Repeat that once he dead. At least on my Fl4k build.

Captain Traunt drops the Tankman’s Shield. Aurelia drops the Juliet’s Dazzle. Rampager drops the Good Juju. General Traunt drops the Execute.

Frozen heart is amazing. And it's a noza shield, so it needs to fully recharge before the nova triggers. Its a great shield on Zane and quite good for Phalanx Doctrine moze as it ends up just being a free second wind or a good get of of trouble shield if you're mobbing.

10:30 the idea of its inconsistency is that your supposed to only get the nova when your shields go from full to empty, the nova won't happen again until your shields reach full again, i'd assume devs left that out because we've had nova shields for 3 games and they assume people would just understand what a nova shield does and how it operates but i can't say much as i tend to avoid nova shields

They should make a mode where you have to fight through and kill all the bosses. With every succesful kill the next boss has increased health and damage reduction that scale. Add in a few little changes to their attacks as you get deeper. Only works in mayhem 3 and can only be completed once a day. Has increased drop rates of unique legendaries, increased eridium and of course increased difficulty. Saves me having to fast travel everywhere and is just a fun idea.

Fun thing about the Messy Breakup, whatever element the shield resists is what damage type the drone fires. So it resists shock? It’ll fire shock shots, great for shields. Corrosive? It’ll fire corrosive.

i know this is an already 2 year old video, BUT, a super useful tip on weapon combination with FL4K is that if you run the perk that returns bullets on crits, you can (for example) use the doom shotgun + the storm against a boss and you can melt down its health with the unlimited shotgun impacts (at least in my case since i have the "doom shotgun" with like 400% damage)

The Tsunami is super awesome and crazy strong because it fires unlisted projectiles, it fires 5 shots for the cost on ONE, if you get up close with something or can sink all 5 into a crit spot the damage is nuts

Breath of The Dying isn't a dedicated drop but it's a really good world drop because a level 72 one on mayhem 10 will have its orbs doing 2 million damage

I joined my friends game as he was killing Graveward and got a level 1 Ward shield, I've been using it on my Amara throughout the whole playthrough because the shield is nearly always down meaning I'm able to tear through anything even on Mayhem 3. It was honestly one of the luckiest flukes I've had in this game

King's and Queen's are the exact same gun, but only share corrosive as an element. King gets Incendiary and Shock rolls, while Queen gets Radiation and Cryo

Kata Jr fight is pretty easy. Just shoot the electric things he stands on. If he is about to split himself up, shoot the electric thing he stands on about half a seconds after he landed and splits (just before the clones jump away). This way you can kill him pretty fast.

Just want to mention that the frozen heart is the shield i am using on Amara all the time now. Frozen enemies = 3 or 4 x damage, and it freezes enemies very consistently. No melee damage bonuses, which is bad

The one thing I dont like about this game that a lot of people seem to like more is the idea that you can get any legendary item from anywhere- even other unique weapons you can get from other places than the quest or character they are technically related to. One thing I liked about bl1 and 2 is the uniqueness of all the unique and legendary weapons and how well they tie in to whatever you get them from. Now I can find a legendary from a poop chute and go 'neat' but it wont really feel special.

Graveward can drop Rowan's Call, which is an AR version of the King and Queen's call. I've only seen it drop from him and I've gotten it in multiple elements

my favourite shield is the instant recharger from what i know it is a world drop shield because i only got it from loot midgets when your shield breaks it instantly recharges and this effect has a 20 sec cooldown

Almost all these boss drops will appear in your vending machines in Sanctuary once you obtain the item once. So if you're on Sanctuary just give those vending machines a look.

Use Chain Lightning on Katagawa Jr! Wait for when he begins his cloning animation and start shooting when his jump is at its peak, when he lands the chain effect will bounce off the clones and do massive damage to him. I've killed him within ten seconds before using this method :>
