Yorkshire Traction Engine Rally 2023

The Yorkshire Traction Engine Rally had lot happening this year with not everything at the show caught on camera so be sure to attend in person next year so you don't miss out on an action packed weekend of Flyin Ryan (‪@StuntRider005‬ ) barely making it over the top of Dangerous Brians Fowler road loco when he jumped over it on the Saturday. which was swamped for the Burrell "Maori" engine on the Sunday which was parked considerably closer this time round. Also features Stu tune and his Nuffield 460 doing the pub run on Friday night & catching up with Paul who ran out petrol on his 1942 International W9 just as he was about to enter the show-field. Also featured Andy fabs off loading the series 2 Field Marshall off his ERF e10 wagon in a safe manner then Whitby steam rally. Saturday nights pub run destination was the Pork & Cheddar at Scagglethorpe which was also joined by the Burrell walking encylpedia & Dangerous Brian who ran out steam in pub's car park so had to leave his Fowler loco where it was parked after some grub we can see the fowler making its way back to the rally field. where the various showman's engines had lined up outside the beer tent to generate. Also featured the local Cover ups Band playing in the beer tent. Tried to persuade ‪@jadeneal94‬ to come onto a footplate of one the showman's engine but she ran off in her bin bag coat! maybe next time. I was there this year but only on a Sunday. The reason why I wasn't there Saturday, I was at Wolsingham Show, Bishop Auckland

@@Ro33ie19 Wolsingham Show is a good Show. It does have a better tractor pulling track compared to the one at Scampston. To be fair, Wolsingham Show & Yorkshire Traction Engine Rally are good Shows. This year, they're on different weekends this year
