I just want to thank you for such a amazing cover. You have no idea how much this helps me scream out in pain and relief. My grandma died a few weeks ago and I thought I was ready for it because I knew it was going to happen and for a time I was ok, but the more I kept hearing this song and Fuyunohanashi I realized that I hadn’t really accepted that she was gone until today when I heard this song again for the millionth time I finally let the pain and loss that I feel deep inside out in emotional scream. This song is for Ugetsu, Akihiko and Haruki, yes, but to an extent Uenoyama, Yuki and Mafuyu as well. I feel like this is a continuation of Fuyu no hanashi. In FnH, Mafuyu learns to accept Yuki's death, and in this song, I feel like he is moving on, bring memories of Yuki with him while creating new ones with Uenoyama

i think it was originally written to be a continuation by mafuyu but akihiko haruki and ugetsu all took away the theme of moving on from the song
