Thank you for uploading. I have one of these kits and it's fantastic! I used Velcro straps to tidy up the excess cables rather than zip ties, as it's easier to remove if needed to service the bike or change a tube if you puncurre it.👍

I've posted elsewhere that three spokes have snapped in the wheel provided with the kit after two years of moderate use. Otherwise this has been a good kit. One thing I would like is a broader rim on the wheel so that wider tyres can be fitted. This would make for a more comfortable ride on a bike without suspension.

The kit with the separate controller gives you the option to select a bigger battery, you have to buy the kit and battery separately. And as I understand, the separate controller is stronger than the controller that's integrated in the battery mount.

YosePower, is there a chance you start selling 250w 48v rear hub motors/kits soon? I think this would sell really well, I'm trying to find a kit like this and it is difficult to find one. 48v is legal since there are no limits to battery voltage in the EU / UK. With a good controller (say 18a), we could be looking at a 864w peak motor that's totally legal - which would be fantastic for hills.

Just bought this kit and cant fit the battery due to the carrier not fitting the frame bolt holes. This is the case with 3 bikes in my household so will have to drill into frame tube and install rivnuts and retro fit.

I use Velcro straps on the wheel hub cable as well it’s a pity the hub cable is too long If it was say about 9” long and supply a extension cable would be better if you got a puncture if out on the road

Are PAS and throttle control both required? Can I just use the throttle without PAS? Or can I adjust the software to not assist me when I'm not pushing the throttle, even if I'm turning the pedals?

Hi, if you only use the throttle, you can only get 6km/h. You can turn off the motor assist with display. Then when you push the throttle, you don't get any assist.

Because right now, I don't understand what the throttle even do, if the assist is configured with display, and without assist it is useless.

@@YOSEPOWER I didn't buy it yet. I won't buy it unless I know how does it work. I don't want the motor to kick in every time I turn pedals, I want to control it exclusively with throttle. But I don't see in any available manuals whether this is possible.

With 250w kits, the throttle only goes up to 6km/h. With 350w kits, the throttle goes up to 32km/h.

Why do the kits come with Soo much excess wiring why not offer different lengths of connecting wiring cables instead of havin a crappy looking bunch of zip tied cables or even a small waterproof box that tidys up the look. Lastly the first company to offer a quick release e bike wheel will smash the market,it can be done easily as lots of e wheels have motor/phase wires which exit the hub and not the axle 😮

@@YOSEPOWER man i am an engineer i do not want some cheap crappy looking bag filled with excess wiring i want a neat and tidy kit out of the box, was just an idea for you to ponder on, as is my next issue do you have/sell longer. range 36v with higher AH batteries for your 350w kits, i am buying a kit very soon and will upload a video of the kit fitted "neatly".
