Fabulous King room, bottom floor ,with balcony and River view....we had this room a few years back a hidden Gem. Definitely stay here, a very short scenic drive into Yosemite...no beauties like this in Yosemite, except maybe one of the redwood cabins...which we liked other e we stayed at Ahwahnee way over rated,small and dinky room very expensive 2 outside the park, Hounds Tooth in and Comfort inn. o)ut of the 5 take the short drive to El Portal and grab the bottom floor,king bed and the best pert;,The Merced River at the foot of our balcony...Hounds Tooth Inn a close second but they recently sold.

We loved it there… it’s so close to the entrance of Yosemite too. I believe they get booked up quick so don’t delay 👍

It was amazing and so quiet when those doors were closed! We did think ‘oh how lovely we can leave the door open at night’ but no way!!!! Gorgeous place!!!

Awesome video. Congrats on the 10yr mark guys. I want to book a king river view but there’s soo many options claiming “river view” which would you recommend for a couple

Hi… thanks for the comment. So we had king river view with balcony and it totally delivered for us (as you saw on the video) . The king room also has a kitchenette with utensils, microwave, plates. I would suggest taking food in with you to cook as the on-site restaurants are quite expensive, they also have a grocery store shop with food and souvenirs. We would definitely go back there as it’s really comfortable, picturesque and so close to the entrance of Yosemite Park.
