@MandM0210 she uses something called acrylic paint. It is the only paint that you can use for your nails. The green, red, blue yellow, and white are all nail polishes but the black is acrylic paint. Hope that helps :h

I heard that if you put tape on your nails it'll help because you'll feel the different texture when you go to bite which will make you realize that you're biting your nails and then you can just try to resist doing it (though it's really difficult to resist) I haven't tried this for myself though.

@animalcrazy1485 no problem my nails are long for me right now witch isn't very long but i had a lot of homework like A LOT and i broke down and bite them all off so i glued some fake ones on and in a day or two i had white showing but as my base coat i use sally Hansen grow your nails long and fast something like that it is orange lol hope this helps you
