About the Ultimates The thing i've noticed is that the Ultimates kept a steady pattern until recently. It's always been Trial Series Ultimate, then MSQ Ultimate in order of expacs. -The ARR series Ultimates had Bahamut, then Ultima -HW had Alexander, then DSR -SB had Omega, but then skipped MSQ for the ShB trial of Eden. If they go back to the pattern, then we're going to be throwing hands with Emet-Selch and/or Elidibus at full power for the ShB MSQ, then Lahabread for EW Trial. EW MSQ is I'm guessing where Zenos will slot back in.

Re: Deep Dungeons and difficulty. Palace of the Dead isn't twice as hard as Heaven-On-High just because it has twice as many floors. Basically how it works is if you have the core fundamentals of Deep Dungeon down, it's really hard to die for the first hundred floors, even for someone who just read the basics (fighting in halls, sticking to walls, etc.). Realistically, Palace of the Dead doesn't really start until floor 151, and Heaven-On-High doesn't start until 71. That's about when execution starts to matter. They're both hard, and honestly while POTD takes more time for attempts, you'll cruise through the first hundred or so floors so fast when you can just AOE pull everything to the key. I think POTD is easier to execute, but you have more chances to get impossible floors because there are no magicite/demi-clones to bail you out of impossible floors, so if it's no items + any kind of scary debuff over and over as a DPS, you run out of Serenity and you die. HOH on the other hand has more tolerance to RNG, but the actual enemies are harder. You as a DPS can die to the most basic enemies in the 71-79 set if your kiting isn't well. Having solo'd all three a bunch, I think HOH was the most stressful, but the stress is more concentrated. Honestly the deep floors of POTD can be really boring sometimes and that never happens in HOH.

Re: Relics, I think the middle ground is somewhere between the grind in an exploration zone and overworld/roulette. Personally, I think the first relic should be done in an exploration zone, and as the steps are completed, you unlock the choice to do the others with tomes. I think the EZ method should be the fastest method, but the tomes method would be nice for a passive grind if you don't want to do the EZ

The role quest apparently was so upsetting for some people that they completely threw out the community rule of a 2 week spoiler embargo and I was seeing full spoilers on patch day while I was on break at work lmao

i like to believe that cosmic exploration will be about showing meteion (skill issue low diff) up with the fact that it really isn’t hard to find a planet that isn’t about to have a catastrophic collapse of all civilization

It would be really cool if the planet exploration happens on the planet that is born in the omicron beast tribe quests. Being side content they probably won't do that, however planet exploration is also side content so who knows.

I think that when it comes to the stalker tool issue, the hate is more for SE. Like I've heard developers talk about how it was a sloppy implementation to make the id's and data around them accessible. Furthermore, couple that with things like simple dialog lines not being translated to English (something thatbshould have been caught. At one point we have to start asking well really how much funding is the game getting. The team can't be THAT incompetent can they? These seem like things that happen when people are in time crunches or there is a lack of teams available to check the work. In all fairness I could totally see Yoshi P's frustration as this is now an immediate workload that he has to add in, and if there is no extra budget for it, or team members to set aside that weren't working on other things then it's going to back up tasks that he probably wants finished sooner rather than later because of the player bases current criticisms of the game.

The amount of hoops SE/CS3 are willing to jump through just to avoid actually cracking down on mods is hilarious. It's really coming to the point where the integrity and security of the game are at risk and they're still too scared to do anything. 😂😂😂

Actually, I think this sort of response is completely understandable for folks who have been playing the game for a long time. I started playing in 2017, and even then there were regular posts on the subreddit from folks who were being harassed in-game, asking for a blacklist feature. It took SE until Dawntrail to make a half-assed attempt to implement one. This does not give the impression that player harassment is an issue SE takes very seriously. We already know their stance on third-party tools: “please don’t use them, but we’re not actually going to put any effort into preventing you from using them, even if it means that our high-end content suffers”.

blacklist can be used to harass too. that the thing. A group can easily get ppl outcast from the community with abuse of the blacklist. There was a RP venue on Aether that was harassed no end by trolls who would copy/paste their ads across multiple alts the trolls make to make it look like the RP venue is spamming the pf system and give them a bad rep.. making them outcast. i was labeled a stalker for stumbling across a venue my ex RP partner worked at when i knew nothing of it. Ir just happen to be in our housing district and was looking at houses to remodel the house we used to share. I was massive blacklisted to where had to move to a dif data center.
