Why does my Kendama spike dull? How to use glue, or Spike Armor, to keep the tip of the spike from becoming dull.

Is one layer of super glue enough? I just bought a brand new maple Kendama and I don't know if I should put more than 1 layer of super glue.

Doesn't gluing a Kendama spike damage or make dents in the tama? because my friends glued Kendama has a jacked up tama, and my non glued Kendama has a fine tama.

+IamDoge Tamas wear down naturally with play. The way to keep it from getting jacked up is to be gentle with your spike tricks and attempts. Gluing your spike does not seem to make a difference, in our experience.

Depends on your wood I think. If you have a beechwood tama it would dent easily. But if you have a hardwood I think it should be okay if you’re not aggressive with your spikes

I know Krazy glue is working good, I also used Loctite super glue, and it's working really good. The most important thing is to use a liquid super glue. Gel doesn't work.
