Rah Digga walked on the yard at Rikers with a pack of Newports and a DJ. She battled the whole yard until the go back! She was mad cool, but killed anybody who stepped up! No security. She told the guards to lock the gate and leave. Just her and us rapping for the whole rec. #respect

You know, its just sad hearing an interview like this. The business and label politics/mergers really got in the way of a talent like Rah Digga from getting a fair shot at a career. A Rah Digga produced album by Dj Premier & Pete Rock in the early 2000s wouldve been crazy. Rah and Lawd Have Mercy are two artists who really couldve went further in the right label situations.

Meeh I disagree, tbh she fall in the papoose category, hard rymes/raps, but can't make those hardcore lyrics into a song, I don't want to be in the club listening to a song try to solve math problems, and the imperial song her biggest hit was mediocre at best. Tbh I think nelly is trash, and will always be trash but in the 2000's he made hits. And I got more respect lyrically for rah digga than nelly anyday of the week.

You don't rap the best possible off the head , you mean you don't . For others such as myself it's natural for me to freestlye off the top and people think I wrote it. Not everybody has that gift it's allot of rappers who can't freestlye but sick with the pen. I'm sick wit both and I prefer to come off the top in any battle I don't care if it's agasint writtens that's how confident and skilled I am at freestlying. I'm a master of my craft.... cus my craft has been mastered but I feel rah digga definitely a lyricist and legend of hip hop.
