Actually the myth that charging at specific times may get your phone charged fast is true because is some areas there will be voltage variations during day and the peak voltage is normally during the night time so yeah it may help the phone charge faster during the night ( personal experience)

Bro I've checked this If you want to charge your phone at it's peak, You've to Cool your phone at curtain Temprature then put it on in charge, phone will automatically charge itself way faster to gain more temprature and heat in order to Balance and mainten the normal Temperature Of that smartphone 😳🤝
