I've been going through a really hard time do to RSD (Rejection sensitive dysphoria). This completely calmed me down last night and helped me not be so stressed today when hanging out with my boyfriend. Thank you.

Can I just refer to you as my hypnotic calming guy? I loved the calming phrases that were used in this video, plus, the entire thing was very reassuring. I love being reminded that I'm a good person whenever I'm feeling down about something. Also, when you mentioned the "void of nothingness", it clicked in my mind of a script I had made in the past that featured a hypnosis part, and it mentioned a black void of nothingness. I'm really loving these videos, Ultra! Keep them coming! ^^

this one helped a lot after a stressful "fight or flight" situation i was in last night able to sleep instead of replaying the situation in my head for hours on end. thanks again, Ultra.

I feel ya. I used to be in a similar situation. Even the people I thought were my friends used to pick on me, and the teacher's practically had a bet on who could make me cry the most. I understand your situation and I really hope you're in a better situation now that it's been a few years!

It had "Caring Friend" in the name, but that was the sleep one with the tea. I guess he hadn't expected to make another one. I'm sure the minor apocalypse caused an increased interest in at least *pretending* to see friends in person.
