The ladder test worked for me!! I was so shocked. It was hard to concentrate while trying to fall asleep, but I did it for 3 nights. After this I was eager to start a home project that I couldn’t ignore. I didn’t realize it at the moment it happened, but I pulled down an attic ladder and started go up and halfway through, I said, ‘no way!’ I haven’t been up in my attic in over a year. He is right. I don’t watch T.v anymore, and when I do, I’ve noticed I feel lower afterwards. I’ve gotten to the point where I can pinpoint every food, every activity, every person that “lowers” my vibration. I can easily pick it back up and I encourage you to fast from everything for a few days and slowly introduce things back one at a time. Make a list of what raises your vibration and do those things often. Also while playing your mind movie at night, add some music, podcast, (whatever you normally listen to) and it makes it 10xs better. When I have a full vivid experience, I document it as a memory and then replay it as a memory.

So many glitches lately - all of them perfectly aligning to where we want our lives to be. One week ago, we had someone come look at our house. The night before that, we both visualized the price that we wanted and we ended up agreeing on that price with the buyer without any push back. Yesterday, we finally toured the house that we had been interested in for months and again, we agreed on the price that we visualized. The whole process has been so seemless and stress-free. I’m using imagination scenes and some of them are working. At the same time I’m experiencing the most depressive time of my life after moving somewhere that feels not right for me and experiencing health issues. So far I manifested a nice amount of money over two days. And my elderly dog was looking like he wasn’t feeling well. I can’t get him in the car so while I was looking for a mobile vet I imagined him healthy and well, now he is looking better no more loud breathing.
