Nikki a million thanks for this message. This is exactly what I am going through. I started to see how toxic my relationship were. I am now letting them go. I grew up in a toxic home. I never felt accepted or validated. This led me into accepting abuse as normal. As a child I tolerated abuse because nothing else was available.( I thought it was my fault.) Now I know this mistreatment was wrong. I didnt have a choice as a child but as an adult I do. I will not allow hateful disrespectful people into my life. I will walk away and let them own their bad behavior. One thing that kept me stuck in bad relationships was some of them were generous to me. Later I saw this was bait to lure me into their trap and to make me feel obigated to them. I mistook their generosity as caring when in fact it was a trap. Now I know better. 😂🎉 🎉 ❤
