I try to stay grounded 3/week mountain biking at a local bike park at the low peak hours, so nobody is there. It's a 10km total length ride, and the best part is that going up. I typically talk to nature and my different selves, which gives me insights to finally understand certain things on my pending list. And then, going down... I put my body and reflexes tested at max levels by going at 40km/h between trees, jumps, straight turns, no-grip, sun, desertic dry air, and it's so much fun. I have broken some bones along the way, but Im learning to improve in a step-by-step approach now, so it's getting smoother. That's all for today on "opinions and storys that no one asked for" Bye!

Very desorienting indeed Renee. It feels like your physical body lost 80% of the weight yet the mind ( or consciousness) gained 500% ?! Total desorientaded. This last month was totally like entering a new dimension yet with a bit of "fear"?! Yes, totally a bit of total looseness ( not in a good way ) and fear but your videos help so much. Thanks for your empathy . My story: december i was light, kind of even happy, and confident then all of the sudden came january and this same place became a total miss and lack of perspective making you feel you're felt on a trap, (not even talkin politics way, but personal way), and kind of no light or help ( i guess that's where you surrender, right ?! ) Is so strange, it's like you're in a dimension having awareness and being in another totally scared and trapped.
