30:42 it's important to know that when the sympathetic nervous system is activated and the body is in Fight/Flight, over 1,000 physiological changes take place, including those in brain activity. Access to the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for logic, reason, empathy, and impulse control shuts down and we begin thinking with the amygdala, which is a more primitive part of the brain, that deals with survival in the moment. Why is it important? Because this happens to ALL of us. We often think reactive behavior is a choice, when the truth is that they've been hijacked by their survival response. On a personal level, we need to develop emotional intelligence. We need to learn how to tolerate our difficult emotions and stay connected to the PFC. We also need to learn how to soothe our nervous systems and restore our sense of safety We learn through neural mirroring. Just modeling emotional intelligence helps others to develop these skills. Additionally, when we understand what's going on, from a physiological level, it's easier to understand that most people aren't "bad". They have unmet needs and unhealed wounds. We need more trauma awareness, especially in the spiritual community. We can't punish or fight the pain out of people. This is all so true. I recently learned that even my kids’ private school passes kids that are failing. I can’t even understand why this is allowed unless there is an awareness by people in the know that human neurons, human ingenuity, anything uniquely human will no longer be necessary is the imminent future. Dear Mr. Braden, thank you for talking about such important things. I've listened to several of your interviews and podcasts. You are talking about very important problems that humanity is currently facing. .many people don't even know or don't want to know what's going on around them. You mentioned what is happening now in the Middle East, Ukraine, etc., I also want to mention Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), the South Caucasus. ! 120,000 indigenous Armenian population was subjected to brutal war in 2020, followed by ethnic cleansing in September 2023 initiated by Azerbaijan and Turkey. Thousands of Armenians were killed, subjected to atrocities, and for the first time in 4.5 thousand years of Artsakh’s history, the ENTIRE Armenian population was forced to leave their homeland. Why? Because they wanted to live free from the dictatorial regime of Azerbaijan. They wanted their children to grow up and learn based on the traditions and beliefs of their ancestors. But now this is not possible, because Azerbaijan has oil and gas that Europe wants to buy, because the geopolitical interests of large countries in the region are in conflict. No country is raising its voice, there are resolutions of the International Court of Justice, but who cares - selective standards are the norm these days, the truth is deliberately hidden and lies are spread by the major media, international organizations and officials do nothing because they They told me not to do anything.

I believe we are being giving this opportunity now to Shine our Light over Humanity which we know is the battle of light and dark within all of us and how we choose what we feel is right and this has become both personal and worldwide challenges, hence the current situations are empowering us to look within and make wise choices that SERVE everyone without the fear, hate and darkness that has and is controlling many today. When we look at others with compassion, light and benevolence then we can generate our own light to create more of this that we all came to do, holding our positive energies higher we are spreading more of our light and benevolence to help others to find their own light. Our systems are broken as we see many starting to fall and we need to look at what works that doesn’t steal peoples God given freedom and choices. When we walk in our own personal power and resilience as humans not robots and live within our Great Inner Strength and Personal Energy we can think for ourselves and CREATE a life that doesn’t need a battery or a button to ignite one’s imagination to build a life that isn’t controlled by AI. We have become a world that depends on easy quick push button solutions because we Don’t Value Our Own Power or bother to take the time to Really Find Ourselves but rather look to become more like a product we buy on a shelf, we are Bigger than what we have been conditioned to believe and we need to find and nurture ourselves and our own greatness.

Collective Trauma everywhere. The Time is now . Spreading rays of light into the vast and devastating darkness. According to numbers one active survivor shared.. untill two month ago... around 50 survivors of Nova Festival took their own lives. There is not one israeli citizen to be found who is not Traumatized. Some look fearful away , some do some work ... We all... So resonate about serious illness. 2018 I had copd. I had to make decision. I turned away from western medicine and found CDS. Improved to 100 percent oxygen level from below 88. Sister had same disease, she did western medicine and passed miserably in 2022. I am still ok with that medical problem. I have been gas lit, told I'm a liar, disrespected, everything in the book by physicians who ask "do you have copd after smoking 45 years?". And then I tell them the story of the elephant in the room. Then all hell breaks loose with vile discrediting, lying, or corruption comes out. Nope, not even angry anymore, I'm empowered to do even more. I solved that little problem, I got afraid and stopped learning more. I haven't even tried yet is what I know in my heart and no I don't need a medal or recognition or to even be heard. I have everything I will ever need. My authentic self. God Bless all.

You ask about sacred texts and scripture that foretell what we are experiencing as humanity. I have found that the Nasarean Essene scripture- The Holy Megillah, does speak to what is happening in the version of the Book of Enoch that is found within the living scripture. It has been extremely accurate. The line we do not cross is uploading our consciousness to the Global Organizational Data (G.O.D) and we certainly do not mend with machine.
