Hey Lila. You inspire me so much and you’ve really shifted my perception on a lot! I truly appreciate you for this❤ I wanted to ask on our perceptions on others around us. Since everyone is me pushed out, then they are all reflecting me to myself right? In this case, I find myself in a toxic cycle of blaming myself for others poor behavior towards me or blaming myself when someone doesn’t like me constantly feeling like it’s cause of my own energy. I guess what I’m asking is where is the balance between people being responsible for their own emotions/actions and everything being me pushed out? Since they are creating their own reality just as I am creating my own, I’m trying to figure out how to not internalize other peoples actions and not blame myself for their emotions but at the same time understand that they are me pushed out. How do these two ideas coexist? Others creating their own reality so they are responsible for their own emotions/reactions/ actions , but me also creating my own reality therefor knowing they are me pushed out?

I try to look at it like a night dream. People seem so real and seem to be acting on their own. Naturally we may feel it hard not to react and get lost in the dream of life, especially since it seems longer and this more real. Meditation sometimes helps people to find that balance more easily, there are many different ways of meditation, see what appeals to you. Let the world continue to do its thing, don’t beat yourself if you find yourself reacting, keep on hatching your heartfelt dreams and you will eventually find your own balance, especially since your heart years to and you are open to learn to do so. Have faith in the depths of your being to continue your guide you, until you fully wake up to your oneness beyond words. Sometimes it may feel challenging but you will grow greatly from it and one day sooner than soon know the grace that has always been with you 🩷

Thanks for your feedback, well some people like and some people hate it, some people want me to put more videos of my experiences in Japan and some people hate that, so you just gotta do what feels best to you find what’s best. I’m still experimenting around but noted and understood, thank you. I guess the safest thing would be nature videos but we don’t really travel out much. I know a lot of people just use stock videos they pay for from a third-party company but I remember talking to some guy at KZbin and he just said that could get frowned upon in the future as low effort video, especially if you didn’t film it yourself I didn’t pay a film crew.
