I know loss of relationship like loss of life..."don't go I'm going to die." what a crock of baloney. Come back to self. Return to love ( M Williamson) We are love, you are love, I am love. But it's knowing that deeply, without any doubt and remembering it, cause it's like the mind chatter that distracts from stillness and mundane living detracts from self love. So the call to be present needs to be constant.
