hey arun, but majority of the function that you mentioned here can be easily done by the copilot of Microsoft(that too for free), I agree there are some extra features. but why to pay 20 bucks a month for that. Why shouldn't I purchase Merin AI. (which has I feel tons of more features than perplexity)

I'm new to a.i. search. What's the difference between chatgpt and this? Which would be better for a beginner? I'm most excited about asking about vacation activities and vacation destination spot suggestions. Also interested in talking with the a.i. in casual conversation to see what that's all about.

For your use case, I recommend Google's Gemini Advanced, which is free for 2 months. You can play with it and see if that's helpful.

Woah that was very detailed video. I wanted to buy the pro and now am convinced. But still can you advice me one thing- I’m currently learning backend development using springboot. Should I buy pro for that ? Like will it justify the amount which I’ll pay?

i think if you’re planning to use genai for coding, i recommend it as you can run claude models, openai models on perplexity to generate code and learn

SEEMS. I consistently get BETTER results than Goog. Did a marketing research and got results I NEVER got with the Goog. Instead of developing the search they were developing algorithms how to skew the results to show the leftist agenda. They are a political organization now, shaping the public opinion for the masses with ZERO memory. It IS very easy to send the "unwanted" results to a page 100. Just a tiny tweak in filters will do it and since NO one can check their code, they can do whatever they want. They are realizing that the better search is coming, because I got a questionnaire "How much do you trust our results?" I gave them 2 out of five....and this was LOT considering rows of paid advertisement on the top of the page. Somebody finds out better business model and in a couple of years they will be as relevant as the Yahoo is today...
