Casey was here... An interesting conversation I had with an acquaintance on the subject was that perhaps all those animals had a purpose. Pigs eat everything, so maybe those were their trash and sanitary management system back in biblical times. Camals, were their transportation, so they can't go eating their transportation. Maybe those birds and rabbits carried messages back and forth to their correspondence. We assume they just sent a mail man but maybe they did things Harry Potter style? If God is outside of space and time I believe anything is possible.

We've been eating pork blood mixed with pork meat eversince. It's one of the best cuisine we have and we call it "dinuguan". Before reading leviticus, I've been having this guilt that I'm eating "dinuguan". But now that I've heard more explanation, the case is closed.

It was I who asked you about the right ear. But I assure you I was not trying to stump you. 😊 I believed there might be a simple answer that I didn't know of. I must agree that some things will remain a question mark or a mystery, only to be revealed when we meet face to face with our Creator. When I'd heard that sermon on Aaron's anointing several weeks ago, I had been experiencing physical pain in three areas simultaneously, for several months... my right ear, my right thumb and my right big toe! I'd made no meaningful connection between the three at the time, but you can imagine how my ears perked up when I heard those verses. Admittedly, I should have done research myself in my bible. But I relied on Google (I am so glad I did because I would have likely not ever discovered your channel otherwise). After watching that first video, I began your series from the Genesis 1 (I'm halfway through Exodus) and I've been incredibly blessed. I attended 3 1/2 years of bible college & grew up in a solid bible church, but never heard the bible taught through, from beginning to end, as effectively as I have here....whether for a seeker, a wayward son, or a longtime Christian whose not ever dug into the scriptures, these videos are a captivating and doctrinally sound tool. I have begun to introduce this channel to all the seeking friends with whom I have recently shared my new found faith. I doubted the goodness and faithfulness of God when my father died 16 1/2 years ago, and became a prodigal child shortly after bible college, until February 10 of this year! On that day, a day like any other, I watched a "random" but powerful 4-hour video, titled Third Adam 3, that came across my KZbin feed; and it felt as though God instantly swept me up & out from among wolves, and gently placed me back in his fold. I began to immerse myself in online teaching, catching up from years of no spiritual teaching whatsoever. So, I cannot describe how much this channel has encouraged me as I reacquaint with my saving Christ. Learning so much here, with many tears of joy and sorrow from your testimony....and God's living word.

I don't eat rabbit , if God is doing it to set them apart doesn't God want to set us apart today. This eating law was set from the begining look at the ark. We are the temple of the holy spirit. Jesus didn't eat any of these things and he is our example. It makes sense that a health reform has been proven through even science.. Not eating these things makes you healthy. Why wouldn't you want to be healthy. Israel has been set apart so have we. This chapter is about your health and not a law he knows this body and what it is good for it. You under estimate the people in the past on cooking. This chapter is not about Jesus coming it was a law about your body the temple of God and your health.

This is not in agreement with the New Testament teachings of the apostle Paul, or the Jerusalem Counsel in the book of Acts.

@@TheWholeTruth if something for God was a bad idea before why would it be a good idea now? Also when Jesus came to fulfil the law isn’t it that He came to make up for our short comings even if we fulfill these laws we aren’t relying on them but Him…
