You are so beautiful...Almost like an angel. I see how belief in self & God,and life aligned to mother nature can bring us back to our inner & outer beauty. I m suffering from the ghost of past and fibroids. It's a difficult time for me right now, and actually it's been difficult since childhood. Although I have always been somehow connected and blessed ...So that connection kept me going in life.

Thank you Asia. I feel like I’ve known I’m my own healer for about 6 months. But recently had a moment where I split and decided that something outside of me was going to keep me safe and healthy. I deeply regret not believing in myself and my own healing body. This is a message that I feel needs to be heard again and again. Thank you for the reminder

I deeply resonate with the idea 'You are your own healer' and it has been in my heart and mind for a while now. I had gone for a Vipassana mediation course in Rajasthan, India and met a young girl of 19 who was suffering from schizophrenia. As part of the practice there, we take vows of silence for 10 days, that includes no eye contact and no bodily communication with our fellow meditators. We were allotted seats and this young girl was sitting right next to me. After the course was over, and not seeing each other's faces and no physical communication, we were naturally and powerfully drawn towards each other. At that time she shared that she was suffering and why she was here and after listening to her story, all I could say to her was these words 'You are your own shaman'. Today, we are very close and share a mature and healing connection with one another. Thank you Asia, for helping me strengthen this truth. Just listening to you is calming and healing. Thank you for being you ♥️ and sharing your learning and wisdom with all of us.

This is kindof a new concept to me, but I grew up with a natural healer dad who did iridology, crystal healing etc. So it's not hard to believe, for me! I also have recently been using acupuncture to help arthritis in my left big toe, and it's helped a lot; moreso than Western ideas for arthritis. Changing my diet, also. So it really does feel like self-healing! I didn't know about that flower or mica so, will check that out on your site!

Your words always resonate deeply & your topics of discussion are so often very timely. Today's message is so very powerful. I've been on a healing journey for a long 10 years, mostly a struggle with autoimmune issues. The idea that I contain my own healing, even as my body assaults itself, is intriguing & might just be the medicine I need.

Thanks for sharing here Melissa. Autoimmune issues are something that feels very close to my heart. In so many ways I think autoimmune conditions are the ultimate teachers of self empowerment and love. When we can see, if even only from one angle, the ways in which our body is manifesting issues to help us to heal... well... everything changes. We literally began to work with, rather than against ourselves. And even just the sense that that is possible is so liberating. Walking with you on this journey.

This is so comforting to hear. I can heal myself, I don't have to wait for someone else to do it for me. Empowering and eye opening.

This is something I've realized as well. I am here to heal myself. I can assit others on their path to their own healing, but they must do the work theirselves. Thank you for putting this topic into beautiful words.

Thanks so much for this wisdom Asia! I deeply appreciate you sharing this, as it is so so important for us all to remember. Since your post ‘Nice Girls vs. Kind Women’ I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’ve played the role of nice girl throughout my life. The ways in which I’ve tempered my being...and in some sense forgotten how to simply be KIND. It is hard to stop replaying the memories of how I’ve allowed my boundaries to be swept aside time and time again. I have been hoping that you might share a video or another article, where you explore this topic further. I would love to hear your insight into becoming a kind woman. Learning how to unlearn and reprogram around this. I hope you take this into consideration! Thanks again ❤️

Asia, do you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet? Your skin looks _amazing_ and most vegans have very dull lifeless looking skins.
