Hey Josh, how do mega agents go about describing the interior and the exterior of the mega mansion or just regular properties in general. When I am listening to the commentary, it makes me wonder if all big time agents took a class on how to describe a property to a potential Clint or does is just come naturally because you've been in the business for so long?

"Every sales person believes his own baloney" as Warren Buffett says. Josh will invest in real estate, stock broker will invest in the stock market. And in real estate too. Just as much as you see opportunity in real estate, there is opportunity in the stock market. Discount is a discount. Market is better return in my opinion if you know what you are doing. There's a lot of maintenance with a house, expenses that can go very high.
