The Boys singer/guitarist Matt Dangerfield says: "When we got the offer to go on Music Laden we were on tour in France so the only way to fit it in between French dates was to hire an eight-seater private plane that could fly us quickly between smaller airports, which was great fun. I remember halfway through our flight to Germany our pilot said 'Oh, by the way, if anyone needs to go to have a pee there's a special tube at the back for that'. This was a sort of funnel affair that you could piss into that emptied out into the plane's airsteam. Unfortunately, by that time Honest John, having seen that there was obviously no toilet on board, had already filled two large beer bottles that were then duly emptied. So maybe someone in Belgium enjoyed a freak golden shower on an otherwise clear and sunny day."
